Create & Share
Can I join with just a phone?
Yes. A recent smartphone is enough; we teach both phone and camera workflows. You'll need a laptop or tablet to edit.
Do I need followers or experience?
No. The program works whether you have 0 or 50,000 followers.
Do I need to know how to surf?
No. Lessons are for all levels, beginners included.
Can I come alone?
Yes. Most people join solo; the group is part of the experience.
How do I get there?
Fly into Agadir (AGA), which has direct low-cost flights from many European cities. We pick you up at the airport.
What if the group doesn't fill?
The departure is guaranteed from 4 participants. If we don't reach 4, you get your deposit back in full.
What language is it in?
English and Spanish.
Can I bring a drone?
Drone use in Morocco is heavily restricted, so drones are not part of the program.
Equipment and level
Do I need professional equipment?
No. You can join with a professional camera or a high-end smartphone. You will also need a laptop with editing software. We will publish a suggested packing list for each departure.
Are the courses suitable for beginners?
Yes. No previous experience is needed for any YOS course. Each day starts with a theory session that prepares what we will do, followed by practice in real places.
Do you use studio lighting?
No. Our practical sessions take place during daylight in real locations, using natural light and, when useful, simple reflectors.
During the journey
What is the premiere?
On the last day of every journey we screen the work each participant created during the week, together as a group. It is a celebration of what you made and a chance to share it.
Are meals and accommodation included?
Our journeys include accommodation and meals during the scheduled programme. Exact inclusions are confirmed for each departure.
Can I have a room to myself?
For Create & Share you can choose a dorm, a triple or a double room. A double for single use is available on request.
Bookings
Are flights included?
No. International flights are not included in any YOS course. You book your own flight to Morocco.
How do I reserve my spot?
Fill in the reservation form. We reply within two working days with the details to pay the €100 deposit, which is fully refunded if the departure is not confirmed.
Do I need travel insurance?
Insurance requirements will be confirmed in the booking terms for each departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is published with the booking terms before you confirm your spot.

Who runs the surf experiences?
Surf and yoga weeks are operated by our partners Your Dream Camp and Sueño Surf House in Tamraght. They are always labelled Partner-operated and booked directly with them.
